Room was clean except for the toilet seat in the bathroom wasn't completely cleaned. One of the main things I look for is a comfortable bed as I have a spinal issue. The bed in our king room was comfortable!
Great place but it's not Greenstay tonight on Dec 25 it's actually a Best Western...front desk said it's officially changing to BW on January 15th, 2026. Nice place and friendly staff! Thanks will stay again!
One of my favorite hotels in Springfield. It's so close to everything and only a little over 30 minutes away from silver dollar city!
Simple hotel, clean rooms, queen beds. Basic breakfast, the yogurt is very good, the waffle machine is not intuitive, you don’t know when the waffle is cooked, waffle is not crispy, batter cup is too small. Good service. Close to a couple of restaurants and the Battlefield mall. Changing to Best Western
Great room! Clean, and roomy. Separate bedroom and living room and kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher, microwave. Would have liked a regular 4 cup coffee pot, but all in all it was terrific! And a great price! Decent breakfast included. We just needed one night, but I definitely recommend this place!
Okay so first off I’ve stayed at this location through the years and so many different names lol but this was by far my most enjoyable stay. Staff was amazing and so friendly. The woman at the front when my husband and I checked in was a gem and the man working the front the next morning was so patient. Our television stopped working at 5 o’clock the next morning. When I called the front desk I explained the situation and he came to the room immediately to fix it. Check out was a breeze. Like I said, everyone was so so friendly! The rooms were clean and very well kept and the location is perfection. 5 out of 5.
I returned to Springfield from a long drive and was still on vacation for a couple of days so I searched for a nice place with a pool to finish my vacation time. Best decision out of all the hotels and motels nearby! It's been quiet and relaxing and the free hot and cold breakfast in the mornings really hit the spot! The employees are very kind and the place is very clean.
Cute little hotel that has all the standard amenities. Enjoy heating, cooling, television, an outdoor pool, and clean sleeping space. My unit was a single bed, king, with a fridge and microwave. I found everything was clean, comfortable amd I especially liked the softer pillows. Not much of a view but it is close to the airport which was great for my work! Wifi included!
